long gap

July 16, 2022 – I have experienced many life changes since my last post. Working on a website was not the highest priority for a while. I am now going to try to get my website and social media up to date and uploaded most, if not all, of my paintings. I realize that I have been busy painting at least and now need to share my work with friends, family, and a wider audience. I just finished 3 bird paintings- Soaring, Male Finery, and Southerly Winds. I like that series and will probably add more in a similar style in the near future. Currently I am working on a painting of hydrangea blooms from my garden. They are beautiful and very cheery to paint, but I lose myself in each blossom.

Please look at my work over the past few years in the folders under paintings in the menu. My paintings have been on exhibit at the Art League of Ocean City in Ocean City, Maryland and at the York Art Association, York, Pennsylvania. I want to submit paintings to be in the ”Feathered Friends” exhibition at the Peninsula Gallery in Lewes, Delaware. That was the inspiration for me to improve and update my website to show more current works.
